A series of workshops with a deep-dive into the Tai Chi and Chi Gong practice. Seminars lengths for 3-5 days, 8 hours a day with breaks for food and rest. Regular seminars are conducted in Russian cities such as Astrakhan, Irkutsk, Perm, Nizhny Novgorod, Saint Petersburg and others, as well as abroad in Estonia, Kyrgyzstan, USA.
Summer Tai Chi and Chi Gong Camp for osteopaths and others interested in body-mind practices is organized every year in July. It is a workshop which lasts for 10 days. From 2016, the Camp moved to Kyrgyzstan on lake Issyk-Kul. In the past the workshops were held on the island of Olkhon. The Tai Chi Camp can significantly improve the quality of necessary for osteopaths work the states of neutrality, grounding, expansion, increase the power and endurance of the body.
10-days seminars with Shifu Pan Houchen are held twice a year in autumn and spring in Beijin. Those seminars are designed for students who already have some experience in practicing Tai Chi and Chi Gong as opposite to the other workshops where the beginners are also welcomed. The seminars consist of 3-hour lessons with master Pan Laoshi, and then repetition of what was studied at two sessions with Vladimir Sidorov. Seminars devoted to the study of neigong, taiji, tuishou and forms.
NOTAFE is 7-days international festival, held every July in Viljandi, Estonia. The festival is 20 years old. The festival attracts people from different countries, passionate about the development of their body and mind. The program contains various workshops, performances, discussions, meetings with teachers, and more. One of the workshops is dedicated to neigong practice and leaded by Vladimir Sidorov.
